The Double-Edged Sword of Modern Technology!
A hundred years ago people spent the greater part of their time and energy growing and raising the food they ate every day. Modern technology has changed everything — how we get our food, clean our houses, and talk to our friends. Life-saving medical advances give us longer lives, while free access to information on the internet enables us to learn anything we want.
We can travel anywhere in the world in just a few hours and pull up a map on our cellphone in order to find our hotel when we get there! We're enjoying unprecedented freedom to explore life creatively because of modern technology.
Technology has a dark side, though, as we are being exposed to toxic levels of electromagnetic frequency radiation all day, every day.
You Can't See It, Touch It, Taste It, or Smell it … What Could Be So Bad?
Our cells use EMF frequencies to communicate and function. The EMF frequencies generated by cellphones, computers, and all electrical wiring use a much higher frequency than our cells do, and they interfere with normal cell function. We are bathed in strong EMF frequencies daily!
Cellular dysfunction is the underpinning of ALL illness, regardless of the diagnosis. Possible side effects of toxic levels of EMF radiation include:
Immune system impairment (under or over-reactive)
Brain fog and memory issues
Interference with pacemakers
Inability to Focus
Impaired detoxification pathways
Low stress resilience (easily overwhelmed)
Continual Exposure to EMF Radiation Is Serious -- and Easy to Ignore!
We love and depend on technology, and because we can't see EMF's, we think, “out of sight, out of mind!”
In addition, companies that stand to make HUGE profits as a result of continued technology development (especially the upcoming plans to blanket the planet in 5G) assure us that EMF’s are NOT dangerous.
We're all familiar, though, with the precautions taken to avoid radiation exposure from x-rays. A lead blanket covers our body and the technician leaves the room!

How Can I Protect Myself?
Some of the most common sources of toxic EMF’s are cell phones, computers, tablets, cordless phones, and wireless devices. Here are some things to consider implementing to reduce your exposure and give your cells the best chance to be healthy!
Keep cellphones and tech devices away from your body! If you have to carry your cell or tech device on your body at least turn it on airplane mode and turn off Bluetooth and wireless capabilities.
Avoid charging your cellphone on your nightstand while you sleep -- whether turned on or off!
Turn your cellphone on airplane mode at night and avoid sleeping with it anywhere near you. If this is not possible, then at least place it as far away from your body as possible. Distance is key!
When talking on your cell, avoid holding it up to your head. Use speaker phone instead.
Avoid using cordless or Bluetooth headsets. Use corded instead.
When using your laptop, avoid placing it on your lap. Use it at a table or consider purchasing or making a laptop desk for your lap. I have one!
If you have a wireless phone, consider going back to a wired landline phone instead!
When making or receiving calls, use a corded landline as often as possible
Turn off Wi-Fi in your home at night and turn off Wi-Fi on all devices when you are not using them.
Avoid using your phone in areas of poor reception. When signal reception is low, your cell phone has to work extra hard to connect, and the radiation output is increased. Likewise, while traveling in a vehicle, your phone constantly searches for a new signal as you move, so it’s best to turn it off or set it to Airplane Mode until you’ve stopped.
Consider using applications such as Flux for Mac that reduces blue light and wearing blue-blocking glasses while looking at a screen that emits blue light. This is especially important at night as blue light is notorious for disrupting sleep patterns by blocking the production of melatonin.
Go outside, get natural sun exposure, and ground with the earth in your bare feet as often as you can – without your cellphone!
Eat an anti-inflammatory diet that includes plenty of high anti-oxidant foods such as veggies, dark berries, and extra virgin olive oil.
Make sure you are getting plenty of restful sleep and nourishing exercise of some kind each day! Take measures to reduce mental and emotional stress in your life.
Avoid being “tethered” to your cellphone and spending too much time surfing the internet and staring at screens. Establish a healthy relationship with your cellphone and other tech devices versus having them be the center of your world. Reconnect with real people and real life!

If you read this article, there is a good chance that you may be frustrated with trying many different approaches to restore your health with little to no success. You probably also recognize that we live in a time where toxic exposure is at an all-time high.
High toxic burden is a core factor in the development of chronic and terminal illness. Our bodies and minds are overloaded at the cellular level.
